General provisions

Basic rules for using CS2 servers on UtopiaFPS.pl.

1. 1.1 These rules define the terms of use for Counter-Strike 2 servers available on UtopiaFPS.pl. Info

Cheating and unfair play

Any attempts at cheating and circumventing gameplay rules are punished ruthlessly.

1. 2.1 Using external programs (cheats, hacks, aimbots, wallhacks). Perm ban
2. 2.2 Using exploits, macros, automation scripts. Perm ban
3. 2.3 Any game modifications giving unfair advantage. Perm ban
4. 2.4 Exploiting game, plugin, or map bugs (bug abuse). Heavy penalty

Trolling and sabotage

Hindering own team gameplay is prohibited.

1. 3.1 Deliberately hindering own team gameplay. Heavy penalty

3. 3.3 Blocking passages and other players. Medium penalty
4. 3.4 Deliberate team strategy sabotage. Heavy penalty
5. 3.5 Ghosting (giving info about enemy positions after own death). Heavy penalty

Spam and flooding

Rules regarding text chat, voice chat and commands.

1. 4.1 Excessive use of voice or text chat. Medium penalty
2. 4.2 Playing music or sounds without consent. Medium penalty
3. 4.3 Spamming server commands. Light penalty
4. 4.4 Sending repetitive messages. Light penalty

Toxic behaviour

Respect for other players is the foundation of the community.

1. 5.1 Insulting, name-calling, offending other players. Heavy penalty
2. 5.2 Threats against players, administration or the team. Perm ban
3. 5.3 Hate speech, racism, discrimination. Perm ban
4. 5.4 Provoking conflicts. Medium penalty
5. 5.5 Deliberate hating and harassment. Heavy penalty

Advertising

Promoting external communities and services is prohibited.

1. 6.1 Advertising other CS2 servers without consent. Medium penalty
2. 6.2 Promoting external websites and Discord servers - especially gambling ones. Heavy penalty
3. 6.3 Spreading suspicious links. Medium penalty
4. 6.4 Trading in public chat. Light penalty

AFK and farming

Rules regarding activity on the server.

1. 7.1 Deliberately staying AFK to farm stats. Light penalty
2. 7.2 Using scripts for automatic movement. Medium penalty
3. 7.3 Avoiding the inactivity kick. Light penalty

Disobedience to administration

Rules of contact and cooperation with the admin team.

Fair play and constructive communication create a friendly community.

Unconditional penalties (perm ban)

Violations resulting in immediate permanent ban.

1. 10.1 Cheating / hacking. Perm ban
2. 10.2 Ban evasion (using another account or IP). Perm ban
3. 10.3 Criminal threats. Perm ban
4. 10.4 Distributing illegal content. Perm ban
5. 10.5 Impersonating administration. Perm ban
6. 10.6 Extremely toxic behaviour after previous penalties. Perm ban
7. 10.7 Acting to the detriment of the community - including outside UtopiaFPS servers. Perm ban

Penalty rules

How penalties are imposed and escalated.

1. 11.1 Administration may adjust the length of the penalty to the severity of the offence. Info
2. 11.2 Penalty history is recorded - subsequent offences result in stricter penalties. Info

4. 11.4 Ban evasion on another account results in permanent ban on all linked accounts. Info

VIP / SVIP system

Premium privileges do not exempt from following the rules.

1. 12.1 VIP / SVIP holders receive additional privileges, but must still follow the rules. Info
2. 12.2 Status may be revoked without refund for: rule violation, abuse of privileges to troll, abuse of VIP commands, receiving a ban above 7 days or a permanent ban. Info
3. 12.3 VIP does not protect against penalties. Info

1. 13.1 Administration reserves the right to modify the rules at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Info
2. 13.2 In matters not regulated, the decision of administration is final. Info
